Chevrolet has announced the Midnight Edition available for the 2016 Chevrolet Trax, Chevrolet's small SUV.  The Midnight Edition can be added to the LTZ trim level and features black wheels, bezels, beltline molding, door handles, and rear license plate applique.  It also features grey accents on the seats and floor mats.  This edition offers a bold look for the Trax, the SUV that brings together small car agility with the utility convenience expected from an SUV.

All three trim levels of the 2016 Chevy Equinox have the same engine. The LS (MSRP $26,960), LT (MSRP 28,200), and the LTZ (MSRP $31,490) all have a 2.4L DOHC 4-cylinder SIDI engine. However, optional features include a 3.6L V6 SIDI (Spark Ignition Direct Injection) engine, an engine block heater, and an E85 FlexFuel capability for the 2.4L 4-cylinder engine. You choose which option works best for you!  All three trim levels have the same fuel economies for their FWD and AWD options. For city, the FWD has an estimated 22 MPG and highway is an estimated 32 MPG. For the AWD, city is an estimated 20 MPG and highway is estimated 29 MPG.

Each of the 2016 Chevy Equinox models comes with a standard 6-speed automatic transmission. This transmission is smooth-shifting and features overdrive and electronic range select. Depending on AWD or FWD, the Colorado Chevy buyer would be looking at a chassis all-wheel-drive or a drivetrain front-wheel-drive.

The suspension for this SUV is successful at achieving the goal of a smooth, safe, and durable ride. The Chevy Equinox has a refined ride suspension with StabiliTrak. StabiliTrak is an electronic stability control system to help improve the traction control. This feature combines with a variety of others to create a 2016 Chevy Equinox built for safety and durability.

2016 Chevrolet SS Features Design Changes

The soon-to-be available 2016 Chevrolet SS will feature some design changes to enhance performance.  A newly-designed fascia includes new vertical ducts at the outer edges to direct airflow over front wheel openings.  This will improve aerodynamic efficiency.  The 2016 Chevrolet SS will also include new LED signature lighting, new functional hood vents, and new-design 19-inch cast-aluminum wheels.

The restoration of the One Millionth Corvette is complete!  This Corvette was one of eight rescued from the sinkhole that developed at the National Corvette Museum.  The One Millionth Corvette is a 1992 convertible, produced in the same color scheme as the first Corvette produced in 1953.
